Terms of Service

These terms cover bookings for makeup, hair and nail services with Ashi Artistry Luxe Makeups ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once we've discussed your date, service and location, and received your booking deposit (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for deposit details). Enquiries alone — via the website form or WhatsApp — do not hold a date.

Trial policy

Bridal trials are recommended and, where included in your package, are scheduled by mutual agreement ahead of the wedding date. If you need to reschedule a trial, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Trials booked as a stand-alone service (not part of a bridal package) are charged separately and are non-transferable to a future booking.

Travel & on-location charges

Our on-location service covers Lucknow and PAN India. Travel, accommodation (for outstation and multi-day bookings) and any applicable local conveyance are charged in addition to the service fee, and are confirmed with you in writing before the booking is finalised. Early-morning or late-night call times may attract an additional charge, which we'll always disclose upfront.

What we need from you

• Accurate date, time, venue and headcount details, communicated as early as possible.
• Any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or product preferences ahead of the trial or event.
• A reasonably ready, well-lit space to work in on the day, and access at the agreed call time.

Changes on our side

In the rare event of illness or an emergency that prevents us from attending, we will do our best to arrange a suitably skilled substitute artist from our network or offer a full refund of amounts paid, as you prefer.

Images & portfolio use

We may photograph completed looks for our portfolio, website and social media. If you'd prefer your images not be used publicly, just let us know before your appointment and we'll respect that.

Academy enrollments

Academy course terms (batch dates, fees, materials, and refund eligibility for courses) are shared separately at the time of enrollment and form part of these terms once you enroll.
