Good to know

Yes. Everything we resell is bought through authorised distributors or official brand channels, and we keep invoices. If a product ever arrives sealed incorrectly, message us and we replace it.

Send us two photos on WhatsApp: one in daylight near a window, one indoors, both without makeup. We shade-match manually. If it isn't right when it arrives, we exchange it.

Dispatched from Lucknow within 24 to 48 hours. Typically 2 to 4 days across North India and 4 to 7 days elsewhere. Free delivery above ₹2,499. We'll share a tracking link on WhatsApp.

Unopened and sealed items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned, but shade mismatches are always exchanged, and damaged deliveries are replaced.
